摘要
自由体位分娩是由产妇按照自我意愿,自由选择姿势分娩,对产妇及新生儿均有诸多益处.本文从自由分娩对产妇、胎儿的影响及其配合分娩方案进行综述,以期为临床实践提供借鉴,提高分娩质量,改善分娩结局.
Free position delivery is a free choice of postpartum delivery according to the mother＇s own will, which benefits for both mothers and the newborns. This paper reviewed the effects of labor in free position in mothers and newborns, and related delivery plans, so as to provide reference for clinical practice, and improve the quality of delivery and the outcome of childbirth.
