Compared with traditional finance, green finance bears the multiple tasks of achieving coordinated economic, ecological, and social development. The objective function is more diversified, and information asymmetry, externalities, and misallocation of funds are also more prominent. Accelerating the promotion of the entire chain of environmental information disclosure in green finance business is not only an important basis for effectively reducing the asymmetric information and externalities of green financial development, but also an important guarantee for increasing the proportion of green business of financial institutions, accelerating the green transformation of enterprises, enhancing the participation of investors, and promoting the sustainable development of green finance by market-oriented approach.
