摘要
介绍高建东教授分期论治尿酸性肾病的临床经验。认为其病因病机为脾肾不足,痰瘀互结,治疗时急则治其标,清热利湿,凉血止痛;缓则治其本,化痰祛瘀,兼补脾肾。并举验案1则。
This paper introduces Professor Gao Jiandong＇s clinical experience in treating uric acid nephropathy by stage. It is considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are deficiency of spleen and kidney,intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. In the treatment,symptomatic treatment can be used in acute condition,including clearing heat and promoting diuresis,cooling blood for relieving pain; radical treatment can be used in chronic case,including dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with tonifying spleen and kidney. One proven case is presented.
