冯氏筋膜点缓解脑卒中后手痉挛的临床疗效初步观察

Preliminary observation on clinical efficacy of Feng's fascia point on relieving hand spasm after stroke

目的观察针刺冯氏筋膜点缓解脑卒中后手痉挛的临床疗效。方法对16例脑卒中后手痉挛患者行冯氏筋膜点针刺治疗。疗程为4周,观察治疗前、首次治疗后和疗程结束时改良Ashworth量表评分的变化情况。结果患者改良Ashworth量表评分在首次治疗后和疗程结束时均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且疗程结束时降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺冯氏筋膜点能有效即时缓解脑卒中后手痉挛,且随着干预时间的延长,效果更加明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Feng＇s fascia point on relieving hand spasm after stroke. Methods 16 patients with hand spasm after stroke were treated with acupuncture at Feng＇s fascia point,with a course of 4 weeks. The changes on the modified Ashworth scale score were observed before the treatment,after the first treatment and at the end of treatment. Results Compared with treatment before,the modified Ashworth scale score of patients was decreased after the first treatment and at the end of treatment（ P〈0.05）. And the modified Ashworth scale score at the end of treatment was significantly lower than that after the first treatment（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Feng＇s fascia point can effectively and immediately relieve the hand spasm after stroke,and the effects are more obvious as the increasing intervention time.
