摘要
建立了一套液氢密度调节装置,并进行了多次低温试验,验证了该装置能够使得液氢密度在50—80 kg/m^3范围变化,具备精确调节液氢密度的能力;并对试验过程中的液氢温度、压力等数据进行了分析,获得了该调节装置和测量系统的不确定度;试验结果表明采用液氢过冷和增压相结合的方式可以对液氢密度进行准确控制,为电容式密度传感器的校准提供所需密度环境,突破了传统的常压单一密度点校准。
A set of density adjustment system for liquid hydrogen was schemed out and constituted. Adjustment tests for liquid hydrogen were done. Adjusting density of liquid hydrogen in a certain range(50-80 kg/m^3) can be achieved accurately. Uncertainty of the density adjustment system was analyzed and assessed.It indicates that the density of liquid hydrogen can be accurately controlled by pressurizing and subcooling the liquid hydrogen.
