Press Freedom and Just Justice my View on the Relationship between the Press and Court

在“舆论监督”的流行话语中 ,媒体与法院的关系被错误定位 ,其实两者关系并非监督与被监督的模式。两者分别是代表民主与法治保障人权的重要因素 ,其关系可以定位在统一于人权关怀下的新闻自由与司法公正上。

Owing to the phrase 'supervision by public opinion', the relationship between the press and court is usually misunderstood, in which court should not be supervised by the media in fact. Foreign system and practice shed some light on balancing the relationship of the press and court, which represent democracy and constitutionality respectively contributing to protect human rights, so it can be orientated to be free press and just judicature on basis of protection of human rights.
