背根神经节脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察

Effect of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with pregabalin on the patients with postherpetic neuralgia

目的研究背根神经节脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的治疗效果。 方法选取带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者74例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（普瑞巴林治疗）和观察组（背根神经节脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林治疗），每组37例。比较两组患者疼痛感和不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗后，两组VAS评分显著低于治疗前，且观察组评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者嗜睡、头晕、共济失调发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。 结论背根神经节脉冲射频联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，可有效缓解患者疼痛症状，减少治疗过程中的不良反应，减轻患者不适，具有较高的安全性。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with pregabalin on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.MethodsSeventy-four cases of patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group （puribalin treatment） and observation group （dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with puri balin treatment） , 37 cases in each group. The incidence were compared between the two groups of pain and adverse reaction. ResultsAfter treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment, and the VAS scores of observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the incidence of somnolence, dizziness and ataxia in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. ConclusionDorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency combined with pregabalin in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, can effectively relieve pain, reduce the adverse reaction during the treatment, reduce patient discomfort and has high security.
