Role of secretory IgA in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy

摘要 IgA肾病(IgAN)是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,多发生于呼吸道或消化道感染后。有学者推测黏膜免疫可能与IgAN的发生相关,而分泌型IgA(SIgA)在黏膜免疫中扮演着重要的角色,本文就SIgA在IgAN发病中的研究进展做一综述。
