摘要
以某新能源公交客车散热器支架为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件、HyperMesh软件、Abaqus软件分别对散热器支架进行三维建模、网格划分、有限元分析。根据分析结果对散热器支架结构进行优化,优化结果表明,散热器支架的应力和位移均在许用范围内,结构满足设计要求,优化后减重了18%。
Taking a new energy bus radiator bracket as the research object, it uses Pro/E software, HyperMesh software, Abaqus software respectively for radiator support three--dimensional modeling, meshing, finite element analysis and research, optimizes the radiator bracket size according to the analysis results. The optimization results show that the stress and displacement of the-radiator bracket are within the allowable range, the structure meets the design requirements, and weight loss is reduced by 18% after optimization.
