Tensile fracture limit of TA10 titanium alloy at high temperature

摘要 为了研究TAIO钛合金的高温拉伸断裂极限值,采用GFL(Gleeble FractureLimit)方法在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上进行高温拉伸试验,以测得TAIO钛合金不同温度下的真应力.应变曲线,基于NormalizedCockcroft&Latham损伤模型,通过公式运算得到不同变形条件下的断裂极限值,并对温度以及应变速率对该值的影响进行了分析。结果表明:TAl0钛合金的断裂极限值的变化受到温度以及应变速率的影响较大,变形温度的不断升高能够引起断裂极限值的逐渐增大,在1s。下,随着温度从800cc升高到1050℃,断裂极限值从0.638升高到1.132;应变速率升高使断裂极限值逐渐减小,在900℃下,随着应变速率从0.01s^-1增加到5s^-1,断裂极限值从1.089降低到0.770。 The test method of GFL (Gleeble Fracture Limit) was adopted to study the tensile fracture limit of TAIO titanium alloy at high temperature. The high temperature tensile test was carried out on a Gleeble-15OOD thermal simulation machine to measure the true stress- strain curves of TAIO titanium alloy at different temperatures. Based on Normalized Cockeroft & Latham damage model, the fracture limits under different deformation conditions were figured out. The effect of deformation temperature and strain rate on the fracture limit value was analyzed. The results show that both the deformation temperature and strain rate have a great influence on the fracture limit. With the increase of the deformation temperature, the fracture limit will increase. Under the strain rate of 1 s -1, the fracture limit increases from O. 638 to 1. 132 when the temperature raises from 800 ℃ to 1050 ℃. The fracture limit decreases as a whole with the increase of strain rate. Under the temperature of 900℃ , the fracture limit decreases from 1. 089 to 0. 770 when the strain rate increases from 0. O1 s^-1 to 5 s
