Dynamic recrystallization behavior of low carbon bainitic steel

摘要 为了研究低碳贝氏体钢在热加工过程中的动态再结晶行为,采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机分别在800~1200℃的变形温度和0.01~25s^-1的应变速率范围内对材料进行了单道次压缩试验。通过分析加工硬化率的变化确定了材料动态再结晶的峰值应变εp、临界应变εc和稳态应变εs。引入Zener-Hollomn参数建立了相关参数关系方程并得到该材料动态再结晶的变形激活能为435217J/mol。最后利用JMA方程确定了该材料的动态再结晶动力学模型,并验证了相关参数与Zener-Holiomn参数之间的关系。 In order to research the law of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior of low carbon bainitic steel in the hot working process, Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulator was used to conduct single pass thermo-simulation compression under operating temperature of 800-1200 ℃ and strain rate of 0.01-25 s -l. The peak strain, critical strain and steady strain were calculated by analyzing the change of work hardening rate of DRX behavior. Besides, the Zener-Hollomn parameter was used to calculate the deformation activation energy of DRX behavior, which is equal to 435 217 J/mol. Meantime, the model of associated parameters was built. Finally, the kinetic model of DRX behavior was established by using JMA equation and the relations between related parameters and Zener-Hollomn parameter were verified.
