摘要
研究了固溶时效工艺对铝含量为10%的Mg-10A1-1Zn镁合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:430℃固溶处理10h后,合金中第二相完全固溶,再经时效处理后,第二相以点状均匀析出,同时析出一定数量的层片状组织。固溶时效处理后,合金强度、硬度大幅提高,经430℃X10h固溶+250℃X6h时效处理后,硬度由铸态的69.5HBW提高到85.8HBW,抗拉强度由铸态的144.99MPa提高到303.36MPa,伸长率提高了一倍。
Effects of solid solution and aging process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy with aluminum content of 10% were studied. The results show that after the solution treatment at 430 ℃ for 10 h, the secondary phase in the alloy is completely dissolved. After aging treatment, the secondary phase precipitates uniformly in spots and a certain amount of lamellar structure is precipitated at the same time. After solution solution and aging treatment, the strength and hardness of the alloy increase greatly. After solid solution treatment at 430 ℃ for 10 h and aging treatment at 250 ℃ for 6 h, the hardness increases from 69.5 HBW to 85.8 HBW, and the tensile strength of the alloy increases from 144.99 MPa to 303.36 MPa, elongation increases by one times.
