摘要
1,4-丁二醇(BDO)是一种基本的有机化工和精细化工原料,近几年中国扩建及新建生产装置较多。简要介绍了主流炔醛法工艺路线,从流程不同阶段所使用关键阀门的不同技术要求出发,结合实际使用状况,介绍了主要涉及的乙炔切断阀、催化剂调节阀和切断阀、高压临氢调节角阀和BDO溶液高压调节角阀的结构、材质的选型原则和注意事项,为同类装置的工艺设计和阀门选型时提供帮助及参考依据。
1,4-butadiene alcohol （BDO） is a basic organic chemical and fine chemical raw materials. More Chinese extension and new facilities are constructed in recent years. The mainly used acetylene-aldehyde process is introduced briefly. Starting from different technical requirements of the key valves used in different stages of the process, combining with the actual application situation, the structure, type selection principle of material and announcements for several kinds of valve are described, including mainly referred acetylene cut-off valve, catalyst regulating valve and cut-off valve, high pressure hydrogen regulatiing angle valve and BDO solution high pressure regulating angle valve. The project provides help and reference frame for process design and type selection of valve for similar installation.
