摘要 随着石化企业电网规模的增大,采用调控一体化方式对电网运行高效集约化管理,以支撑调度、集控和运维协同运行管理机制。介绍了石化企业电网管控系统建设模式的发展,对调度一体化系统架构和关键技术进行了阐述,探讨调控一体化对促进石化企业电网"大运行"管控模式的影响,最终实现人员集约化管理,充分整合资源,减少中间环节,优化电网监控调度流程的目标。 With the enlarging of petrochemical enterprises power grid scale, to support the cooperative operation management mechanism of dispatching, centralized control and operation and maintenance, the mode of dispatching and centralized control integration is adopted to realize high efficiency and intensive management of power grid operation. The development of petrochemical power grid management and control system construction is introduced. The architecture and critical technologies of dispatching and centralized control integrated system are expounded. The influence of the big running control mode of petrochemical power grid is also discussed. The objective of intensive management of personnel, the full integration of resources, reduction of intermediate links and optimization of the power grid monitoring and dispatching process will be realized.
