摘要 煤层瓦斯预抽放是解决矿井瓦斯灾害行之有效的措施,由于瓦斯抽放孔深度大、孔内条件恶劣,所以很难用普通的方法检测其有效深度和孔内状况。为快速准确地测出瓦斯抽放孔的参数,开发了一种在瓦斯抽放孔内行走兼具测量与勘察的探测装置,对瓦斯抽放孔的几何特性、煤岩图像和瓦斯浓度等参数进行直接测量,从而为优化钻机参数、提高钻孔质量、保证瓦斯抽放效果提供重要依据。 It is considered that the gas pre-extraction measure in coal bed is one of the most effective methods to prevent the gas disaster. But, gas drainage hole is usually deep and its conditions are poor, it is difficult to use conventional methods to examine effective length and inside condition. In order to measure the parameters of gas drainage hole quickly and exactly, a new detecting device for gas drainage hole has been developed, which can walk in the hole and has measurement and survey functions. The geometric characteristics of hole, coal rock images and gas density are directly measured. These parameters are the significant evidences for optimizing drilling parameters, improving drilling quality and ensuring the effect of gas drainage.
