病理性自恋量表在中国大学生中的信效度检验

Validation of Pathological Narcissism Inventory in Chinese University Students

目的:检验病理性自恋量表(PNI)中文版的信度和效度。方法:750名大学生参与了调查,受测者在完成PNI的同时,还完成了用于检验效标关联效度的其他问卷:自恋人格量表(NPI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、以及攻击问卷(BWAQ)。另有400名大学生完成PNI的同时,还完成了自恋人格问卷(NPQ)。结果:(1)PNI在本研究样本中仍然呈现了7个一阶因子和2个二阶因子的结构。其中自恋夸大性包括夸大幻想、剥削倾向和自我牺牲式自我提升,而自恋易损性包括条件自尊、隐藏自我、自我贬低和特权愤怒。(2)总量表和各分量表的Cronbach’sα系数在0.640-0.942之间,重测信度在0.522-0.916之间。(3)NPI总分和NPQ总分与PNI的二阶因子自恋夸大性有显著正相关,而与自恋易损性相关不显著。PNI总分可以预测个体的攻击行为和心理健康。结论:PNI具有良好的信效度,适宜在中国大学生群体中使用。

Objective： This study aimed to test the factor structure and psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Pathological Narcissism Inventory. Methods： We recruited 750 Chinese college students to finish the battery con- sists of Pathological Narcissism Inventory, SCL-90, Narcissistic Personality Inventory and Aggression Questionnaire. Results： （1）The PNI in present study indicated 7 first-order factors and 2 second-order factors structure, the first-order factors Exploitative, Grandiose Fantasy and Self-Sacrificing Self-Enhancement were loading on the second-order factor Narcissistic Grandiosity, while Contingent Self-Esteem, Hiding Self, Devaluing and Entitlement Rage were loading on Narcissistic Vulnerability. （2）The scale PNI and its subscales showed sufficient Cronbach ＇ s alpha internal consistency coefficients ranging 0.640-0.942. The test-retest correlations of subscales were 0.522-0.915 and the total-scale was 0.779. （3）The total score of NPI shows significantly positive correlation with the second order factor Narcissistic Grandiosity, but not Narcissistic Vulnerability. The PNI significantly predicted the aggression and mental health. Conclusion： The PNI is a suitable instrument to assess the narcissistic pathology in Chinese college students.
