内蒙古扎赉特旗常见病及居民医疗服务满意度调查

Investigation on common diseases and satisfaction of residents' health service in Jalaid of Nei Mongo

[目的]了解内蒙古自治区兴安盟扎赉特旗的常见病情况及群众对医疗服务的满意度,分析成因,提出可行性建议,为促进民族地区基层医疗卫生事业的发展提供参考。[方法]利用方便抽样法,走访扎赉特旗5所医疗卫生机构并发放问卷,利用Excel和logistics逐步回归分析进行统计处理。[结果]调查有效样本共计134人,一年内患过病者93人,未患过病者41人。当地居民人均每年常见病担负诊疗费中位数在100~999元的占50.74%。约62.43%被调查者认为当地常见病与居民饮食习惯及当地的环境卫生有关。居民对当地医疗服务整体情况表示满意的占55.22%。约59%的被调查者近一年未接受过常见病预防、日常医疗保健等知识科普活动,如果举办相关科普讲座近89%的被调查者表示愿意参加。[结论]扎赉特旗多发常见病主要集中于心脑血管疾病、消化疾病、骨科疾病等;居民个人医疗费用负担较为沉重;常见病致病因素与居民饮食习惯、环境卫生密切相关,居民缺乏日常预防保健常识,当地健康教育工作有待加强;居民整体医疗服务满意度较好,其中患者候诊时间对居民医疗服务满意度影响最大。

Objective To understand the condition of common diseases and the residents medical service satisfaction in Jalaid county of Nei Mongo,analyses the causes,puts forward some feasible suggestions,so as to provide reference for promoting basic medical health service development in minority areas. Methods It took advantage of convenience sampling method to visit 5 medical health institutions and gave out questionnaire in Jalaid county,and used excel and logistics stepwise regression analysis for statistical processes. Results There were 134 investigation effective samples,93 had sick in a year,and 41 had not sick. The median of local residents＇ average common disease cost was from 100 to 999 yuan（ 50. 74%）. 62. 43% of them thought that common disease had related with eating habits and local environment. 55. 22% were satisfied with local overall situation of medical health service. 59% of them had not accepted activity of popularize scientific knowledge of common disease prevention and daily health care in recent year. 89% would like participate this kind of coupe lecture. Conclusions Multiple common diseases were concentrated mainly on cardiovasular and cerebrovascular diseases,digestion diseases,orthopedic disorders and so on. Residents＇ individual medical cost burden is heavy. The factors of common disease closely related with their eating habits and environmental health.Residents lack of daily health care and prevention knowledge. Local health education should be strengthened. The satisfaction of residents＇ overall medical health care service,but patients＇ awaiting diagnosis time is the biggest influence factor to medical health care satisfaction.
