摘要
基于对香港城市大学社会工作专业三位学生的深度访谈,探讨影响社工学生专业认同的因素。研究结果显示,影响社工学生专业认同的因素包括:专业的社会认知度、社会工作职业牌照制度、社会工作薪酬体系、专业实习、授课的效应、家庭因素、同伴群体的互动和个人兴趣。宏观层面的因素直接影响社工学生的专业认同,并通过中观层面的因素产生间接影响。专业实习能显著影响社工学生的专业认同。文章从宏观、中观和微观的层面为我国内地社工教育提出了建议。
Based on the deep interview of three social work students from the City University of Hong Kong, this paper analyzed the factors influencing the professional identity of social work students. The research result showed that: ①the influential factors of social work students' professional identity include: the social recognition of profession, the institution of social work professional license, the social work salary system, the social work fieldwork, the teaching effects, the family factors, the interaction of peer groups, and the personal interests. ②the macro level factors directly affect the professional identity of the social work students, and have indirect influence through the medium level factors. ③the effectiveness of social work fieldwork can remarkable improve the students' professional identity. Finally, the article put forward relevant recommendations on the social work education in China's Mainland from the macro, medium and micro level.
