社工介入城市社区养老服务的SWOT分析

SWOT-Analysis of the Social Work Intervention in Urban Communities Pension Service

随着家庭养老功能的弱化和机构养老日渐出现各种弊端,社区养老服务的养老模式应运而生。与此同时,社会工作开始介入到城市社区养老服务中并且扮演越来越重要的角色。本研究通过半结构式访谈法并运用SWOT分析法具体分析。研究发现:城市社区养老服务中既有专业化的社工理念与方法、养老服务信息化支撑等优势,又有责任主体不明晰、社工队伍不稳定且待遇低,社工服务内容与方法的单一化等劣势,既存在政策保障等机会,又存在理念缺乏本土化等威胁。基于此,笔者提出了社工介入城市社区养老服务的SO、WO、ST和WT等战略,以便更好地服务于城市社区的养老服务中。

With the various disadvantages of family pension and institution endowment, the way or urban communities pension service has been emerged.At the same time,social work intervention in urban communities plays an important role.The results of the survey by semi-structured and SWOT-analysis was been founded that：The urban communities pension service has both the policy support, the professional training, the informational of old-age services advantages and the unclear duties of the government,the unstable social workers,the lack of localization disadvantages .Therefore, In order to provide the better urban communities pension service that the auther takes the SO,WO,ST and the WT analysises.
