农村留守儿童福利问题研究——以辽宁省庄河市留守儿童为例

随着我国工业化和城市化的进程不断加快,进城务工的农民逐渐增多,农村大量留守儿童产生。由于长时间在外务工,与子女交流和沟通的时间较少,对子女的关心和帮助不够,对他们的生活上和心理上的疏漏,导致农村留守儿童的福利问题增多,这些留守儿童缺乏家庭的照护和关心,使他们的生活、健康、教育、安全等各项功能无法得到保障,儿童福利资源也无法实现共享,儿童的福利问题逐渐加重。保障留守儿童的福利是建设和谐农村、和谐城市的重要组成部分,如何有效的治理是解决留守儿童福利问题的关键,如何发挥政府、社会以及家庭在儿童福利问题上的不同职能,充分利用外部和内部的力量一定程度上来解决留守儿童问题,需要我们不断地探索和研究。

Safeguard the welfare of left-behind children is an important part of building a harmonious countryside and harmonious city, how to effective governance is the key to solve the problem of left-behind children welfare, how to play to the government, society and family in the different functions of child welfare issues, make full use of external and internal forces came up to a certain extent solve the problem of left-behind children, we need to continue to explore and research.
