简述外科手术治疗肛门狭窄的相关进展

A Brief Description of the Progress of Surgical Treatment of Anal Stenosis

肛门狭窄作为一种疑难杂症,其病因复杂多样,总体而言,可分为先天性肛门狭窄以及后天性肛门狭窄,具体指的就是肛门和肛管直径较小,其中先天性肛门狭窄是肛门先天畸形,而后天肛门狭窄通常可由肛门炎症、肛门手术操作不当等引起。现阶段手术治疗是肛门狭窄的主要治疗方法。本文结合国内相关文献资料报道,对外科手术治疗肛门狭窄的相关进展进行综述报道。

Anal stenosis as a difficult disease,its complex and diverse causes,in general,can be divided into congenital anal stenosis and acquired anal stenosis,specifically refers to the anus and anal canal diameter smaller,of which congenital anal stenosis is the anus congenital malformations,and acquired anal stenosis can usually be caused by anal inflammation,anal surgery,improper operation.Surgical treatment at this stage is the main treatment for anal stenosis.This article combined with the domestic literature reports,the surgical treatment of anal stenosis were reviewed.
