有机磷农药中毒患者护理探讨与心理护理分析

Nursing Discussion and Psychological Nursing Analysis of Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的探讨有机磷农药中毒患者的护理方法和心理护理分析。方法选取2015年4月到2016年4月之间我院所收治的48例有机磷农药中毒患者通过正确有效的急救措施,彻底清除体内毒物,同时进行有效、细致的护理及适当的心理护理。结果 48例有机磷农药中毒患者中,轻微中毒和中度中毒患者都已全部康复出院,其中4例患者因多个器官衰竭而抢救无效。结论送医的及时性与患者的抢救成败有着直接的关系,再者便是洗胃的彻底与正确的使用药品是防止农药重新吸入的关键,还有加强心理护理,可明显提高患者的治愈率,由此得出心理护理在有机磷中毒患者中也有着至关重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the nursing methods and psychological nursing analysis of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.Method To selection in April 2015 to April 2016 between my institutes of 48 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated by effectively first-aid measures correctly,thoroughly remove toxins in the body,at the same time effectively,careful nursing and proper mental nursing.Results In 48 cases of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,the patients with mild poisoning and moderate poisoning were all recovered and discharged from the hospital,and 4 patients were treated with multiple organ failure.Conclusion The timeliness of medical treatment is directly related to the success or failure of patients.moreover is the gastric lavage completely with the correct use of the drug is the key to prevent pesticide to inhale,and strengthen the psychological nursing,can obviously improve the cure rate of patients,the resulting psychological nursing in patients with organophosphorus poisoning also has the vital significance.
