分析预防性护理对高血压脑出血患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of Preventive Nursing on Postoperative Deep Venous Thrombosis of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究预防性护理对高血压脑出血患者手术后下肢静脉血栓形成的影响。方法取材于近两年(2015年2月至2017年7月)来我院治疗高血压脑出血疾病的患者,数量为86例,患者入院后均接受传统手术治疗,将选取的患者平均分为两组,传统方法护理其中一组,剩余一组接受预防性护理,护理过程中记录患者形成下肢深静脉血栓的情况,并在护理结束后统计患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果传统方法护理下形成下肢深静脉血栓的患者数量为9例,5例患者死亡,预防性护理下的患者中形成下肢深静脉血栓的患者数量为1例,无死亡病例,其中预防性护理下患者对于护理工作的满意情况明显较高(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者手术后接受预防性护理,形成下肢深静脉血栓的患者数量明显减少,具有较为显著的作用效果,可以在护理高血压脑出血术后患者时选择使用。

Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing on venous thrombus formation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods In the past two years（February 2015 to July 2017） to our hospital treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage disease in patients,the number of 86 cases,the patients were admitted to hospital after receiving traditional surgical treatment,the selected patients average For the two groups,the traditional method of nursing a group of patients,the remaining group of patients to receive preventive care,nursing process to record the formation of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,and after the end of the patient statistics on the satisfaction of nursing work.Results The traditional method of nursing formed by the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis in 9 cases,5 patients died,preventive nursing of patients under the formation of the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis in 1 cases,no death cases,the preventive nursing of patients satisfaction for nursing work was significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The number of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery to receive preventive care,with a more significant effect of the effect,you can care in patients with high blood pressure after surgery to choose the use of bleeding.
