分析真菌性鼻窦炎的临床特点与诊治

Clinical Characteristics and Diagnosis of Fungal Sinusitis

目的对出现真菌性鼻窦炎的患者所体现的临床特点展开观察,采取针对性的诊断和治疗,并进行疗效分析。方法选择在我院展开真菌性鼻窦炎治疗的300例患者(2012年1月至2017年5月接诊)作为研究对象,分别对其临床特点、检查诊断、手术治疗方法展开分析。结果经CT检查后,所有患者都为鼻窦内软组织密度增高影,有28例检查发现斑块状致密影、软组织内点状,有120例患者出现骨质被吸收、破坏和上颌窦窦口出现增大。全部患者进行鼻内镜下鼻窦开放手术治疗结合制真菌素展开治疗后,进行随访调查,发现有18例出现复发的情况,在对复发者展开再次有效治疗,基本痊愈。结论对真菌性鼻窦炎进行诊断时不仅只是依靠临床特点进行,还需结合病史,展开CT、鼻内镜检查,方可进行准确的诊断,同时依照诊断的结果采取有效的手术疗法,可以促进患者恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical features of patients with fungal sinusitis,to carry out targeted diagnosis and treatment,and to analyze the curative effect.Methods 300 patients（received from January 2012 to May 2017 admissions） who were treated with mycotic sinusitis in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and their clinical characteristics,examination and diagnosis,surgical treatment were analyzed.Results After examination by CT,all the patients had increased the density of soft tissue in the sinuses.28 cases were found to be plaque-like,and the soft tissue was spotted.There were 120 cases of bone resorption,destruction and maxillary sinus ostium Appear to increase.All patients underwent nasal endoscopic sinus surgery combined with the establishment of fungal treatment,follow-up survey found that 18 cases of recurrence of the situation,in the recurrence of effective treatment,the basic recovery.Conclusion The diagnosis of fungal sinusitis is not only based on clinical features,but also combined with the patient＇s history,start CT,nasal endoscopy,can be accurate diagnosis,and in accordance with the results of the diagnosis to take effective surgical therapy,Can promote patient recovery.
