观察经皮微创钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床效果

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Limb Fractures

目的观察经皮微创钢板内固定术对于四肢骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年11月至2017年11月收治的四肢骨折患者30例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例,其中前者的治疗方式为切开复位有限接触加压钢板法,后者则选择微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗,对比两组治疗优良率、手术时间、住院天数、骨折愈合时间以及并发症发生情况等各项指标的差异。结果观察组效果显著优于对照组,而前者平均手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院天数等以及并发症发生率均低于后者,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创钢板内固定术具有显著疗效,不仅手术创伤小,而且能够缩短患者骨骼愈合时间和住院时间,且术后发生并发症的概率较小,是一种安全有效的治疗四肢骨折的方法,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation for the treatment of limb fractures.Methods 30 patients in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were fractures of the limbs were randomly divided into control group and observation group,15 cases in each group,the former treatment was open reduction and limited contact dynamic compression plate method,the latter choice of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation treatment,compare the efficacy of two groups the operation time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time and complications of differences in various indexes etc.Results The effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the average operation time,fracture healing time,hospitalization days and incidence of complications were lower than the latter,the above differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusionminimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation has remarkable curative effect,not only small surgical trauma,and can shorten the bone healing time and hospitalization time,and postoperative complications are less,is a safe and effective method for the treatment of limbs fracture,has a high clinical value.
