骨折合并多发性创伤患者的急诊抢救方法分析

Analysis of emergency treatment for patients with fracture and multiple trauma

目的探讨骨折合并多发性创伤患者的急诊抢救方法分析以及应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月我院收治的骨折合并多发性创伤患者46例,根据患者不同的合并多发性创伤给予不同的急诊抢救方法。结果 2例患者不治死亡,其余44例患者均抢救成功,转入专科进行下一步治疗。结论有效的急诊抢救方法可提高骨折合并多发性创伤患者的抢救率,可有效控制出血量,有效制动,降低休克带来的危险性,是挽救患者生命的关键性措施。

Objective To study the emergency rescue method and its application value in patients with fractures complicated by multiple trauma.Methods 46 patients with fractures complicated with multiple trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected.Different emergency treatment methods were given according to different patients with multiple traumatic injuries.Results 2 patients were not treated with death,and the other 44 patients were rescued successfully.The other patients were transferred to the specialist for the next step.Conclusions Effective emergency treatment can improve the rescue rate of fractures complicated with multiple traumatic injuries,effectively control the amount of bleeding,effectively brake and reduce the risk of shock,which is the key measure to save the lives of patients.
