探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction on Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2016年11月至2017年11月我院收治的68例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法,均分为两组,对照组34例给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组34例在对照组的基础上给予通窍活血汤加减联合针灸进行治疗。比较两组患者基底动脉、颈椎动脉血流平均速度以及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗效果以及基底动脉、颈椎动脉血流平均速度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤加减联合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有突出的效果,发挥了中医治疗的特有优势,安全性高,可改善基底动脉到颈椎动脉血流量。值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis who were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.34 patients in the control group were treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsule,34 cases in the observation group were given Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The mean velocity of the basilar artery and cervical vertebral artery in both groups was compared and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The treatment group and the average velocity of basilar artery and cervical artery blood flow in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with acupuncture has a prominent effect on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,which is safe and can improve basilar artery to cervical artery blood flow.Worthy of clinical application and promotion.
