慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理中的危险因素及护理对策

Risk Factors and Nursing Countermeasures in Hemodialysis Nursing Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的针对慢性肾功能衰竭患者在进行血液透析护理期间所存在的危险以及一系列的护理对策进行分析。方法在本院2017年1月1日至2017年7月1日接受血液透析护理的慢性肾功能衰竭患者中随机挑选52例,通过对不同年龄、性别、并发症不同的患者在进行血液透析护理过程中,风险发生率和患者对护理的满意度进行统计。结果 20岁以下的未成年和60岁以上的患者在进行血液透析的过程中,风险率比较高,患者对通过血液透析后的总满意度为90.38%。结合本次分析可知,慢性肾功能衰竭患者在血液透析治疗中存在有多种危险因素,且患者年龄越大则对应危险因素影响率越高。结论针对慢性肾功能衰竭患者在进行血液透析护理期间存在很多的并发症,在治疗过程中有一定的危险,另外,加上患者的耐受性各有不同,因此在透析过程中会产生不同的并发症和不良反应。

Objective To analyze the risk of chronic renal failure patients during hemodialysis nursing and a series of nursing countermeasures.Methods 52 patients were selected randomly from patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis care in our hospital（January 1,2017 to July 1,2017）.During hemodialysis nursing in patients with different age,gender and complications,The incidence of risk and patient satisfaction with nursing statistics.Results Patients under 20 years of age and those over 60 years of age had a higher risk of hemodialysis and 90.38% of patients were satisfied with hemodialysis.Combined with this analysis shows that there are many risk factors in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,and the higher the age of the patients,the higher the impact of risk factors.Conclusion In patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis care There are many complications during the treatment of certain risks,in addition,coupled with the patient＇s tolerance varies,so in the process of dialysis will have different complications and adverse reactions.
