ICU脑梗死患者早期康复治疗的疗效及安全性评估

Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Early Rehabilitation Treatment of ICU Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨ICU脑梗死患者早期康复治疗的疗效及安全性评估。方法选取2014年1月至2017年6月我院收治的98例ICU脑梗死患者,随机将其分为对照组49例与观察组49例,对照组患者接受常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上观察组患者接受早期康复治疗,分析比较两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组49例患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组49例患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于ICU脑梗死患者实施早期康复治疗效果显著,可有效提高护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of early rehabilitation therapy in patients with ICU cerebral infarction.Methods Between January 2014 and June 2017,our hospital 98 cases of ICU patients with cerebral infarction,49 cases its randomly divided into control group and observation group of 49 cases,control group patients received conventional treatment,on the basis of conventional treatment group patients received early rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total effective rate of the observation group of 49 cases was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation treatment on patients with ICU cerebral infarction can improve nursing quality effectively.
