观察健脾理肝汤治疗终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者厌食症状的疗效

Observation on the Effect of Jianpi Ligan Decoction on Anorexia Symptoms in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with end Stage Renal Disease

目的研究探讨健脾理肝汤治疗终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者厌食症状的疗效。方法选取本院2012年4月至2016年4月收治的终末期肾病维持性血液透析且伴有厌食症状患者68例,随机分组,对照组34例,采取盐酸伊托必利胶囊+枸橼酸莫沙必利片做常规用药。观察组34例,在西药药物基础上给予中药方剂健脾理肝汤用药,对比两组疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率达到94.12%(32/34),对照组患者治疗总有效率达到73.53%(25/34),两组对比,观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾理肝汤治疗终末期肾病维持性血液透析患者厌食症状疗效确切,可短期内改善患者厌食症状,提高肠胃营养吸收。

Objective To study the curative effect of Jianpi Ligan decoction on anorexia symptoms in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end stage renal disease.Methods In our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were end-stage renal disease in maintenance hemodialysis patients and associated with anorexia symptoms in 68 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group,take the Itopride Hydrochloride Capsules Mosapride Citrate Tablets to do routine medication,34 cases in the observation group were given traditional Chinese Medicine Daniel spleen liver soup treatment in the western medicine drugs based on the comparison of two groups.Results The total efficiency of the observation group reached 94.12%（32/34）,the control group the total effective rate reached 73.53%（25/34）,comparing the two groups,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jianpi Ligan Decoction is effective in the treatment of anorexia in patients with end-stage renal disease maintenance hemodialysis,which can improve the anorexia symptoms and improve the absorption of gastrointestinal nutrition in short term.
