分析布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺的临床效果

To AnaLyze the CLinicaL Effect of Budesonide And Terbuta Line Combined with Thia-in the Treatment of ELderLy Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pu Lmonary Disease

目的分析布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺的临床效果。方法收集我院2015年8月至2017年7月诊治的50例慢阻肺老年患者作为研究对象,根据数字随机方式将纳入病人分为研究组(30例)与对照组(20例),给予对照组布地奈德、特布他林治疗,给予研究组布地奈德、特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗,观察两组治疗总有效率以及肺功能改善情况。结果治疗前两组肺功能多项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者肺功能指标FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC数值均优于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状明显改善,肺部啰音显著减少。研究组治疗总有效率96.7%高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德、特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺临床疗效确切,可显著减轻临床症状,提高生活质量,改善患者肺功能,临床值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide and terbutaline combined with thia-in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 50 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in our hospital during the period from August 2015 to July 2017 were collected.according to the digital randomization,the patients were divided into study group（30 cases） and control group（20 cases）.patients in control group were treated with budesonide and terbutaline.the patients were treated with budesonide and terbutaline combined with thia-.the total efficiency and pulmonary function improvement were observed.Results There was no significant difference in pulmonary function indexes between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.The FEV1、FVC FEV1/FVC values in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the study group was 96.7% higher than that in the control group 75.0%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide,terbutaline combined with thia-bromide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is effective,can significantly improve the lung function,clinical value is worthy of application.
