人工全髋置换术治疗髋骨性关节炎的术后综合护理体会

Postoperative Comprehensive Nursing Experience of Total Hip Replacement in the Treatment of Hip Osteoarthritis

目的人工全髋置换术治疗髋骨性关节炎的术后综合护理体会。方法选择收治的58例全髋置换术的髋骨性关节炎病人给予探讨,平均分组,参考组选择一般护理干预,实验组选择综合护理,观察临床效果。结果经过分析,实验组远远强于参考组,差异较大。结论对于人工全髋置换术的髋骨性关节炎病人,选择综合护理,能够减少并发症,改善生活质量,促使身体康复,适合临床的应用。

Objective Comprehensive nursing of artificial total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of hip osteoarthritis after surgery.Methods 58 cases of total hip arthroplasty from the hip osteoarthritis patients were given to the average packet,the reference group selection of general nursing intervention,the experimental group choose comprehensive nursing,the clinical effect was observed.Results After the experimental analysis.Group is far stronger than the reference group,differences.Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty of the hip osteoarthritis patients,comprehensive nursing,can reduce complications,improve the quality of life,promote physical rehabilitation,Suitable for clinical application.
