肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Chronic Respiratory Failure

目的探析对肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者采取综合性临床护理措施的应用价值。方法分析将本院近年收治肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭治疗患者120例编序后随机数字表分为常规组与综合组,n=60,对其对应提供常规肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭常规护理、人性化理念指导下综合护理干预。比较不同临床护理模式下肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者各项指标差异。结果综合组患者接受护理服务质量显著优于常规组(P<0.05);综合组患者护理有效率以及并发症发生率等指标显著优于常规组(P<0.05);综合组患者对护理内容评价满意度显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论为肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者在人性化指导思想下提供针对性综合护理干预措施,有利于对病情有更好的干预作用,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive clinical nursing for patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic respiratory failure.Methods 120 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure in our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into routine group and comprehensive group,n=60,which provided the comprehensive nursing intervention under the guidance of conventional nursing and humanistic concept of conventional pulmonary heart disease combined with chronic respiratory failure.To compare the differences of indicators in patients with cor pulmonale complicated with chronic respiratory failure under different clinical nursing modes.Results The quality of nursing service of the comprehensive group was significantly better than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The indexes of nursing effective rate and complication rate in the comprehensive group were significantly better than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05） Evaluation satisfaction was significantly better than the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion To provide comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with chronic respiratory failure under the guidance of humanistic thought,which is conducive to better intervention effect on the disease,and is worthy of clinical reference.
