心肌梗死急性期重症加强护理病房的病情观察与护理干预效果

Observation and Nursing Intervention Effect of Severe Intensive Care Ward in Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的了解急性加重期重症心肌梗死患者强化病房护理措施后病情观察以及干预效果。方法分析对象来自本院收治确诊心肌梗死急性期重症患者,共有病例数480例。编序后单盲随机将其每组240例分为对照组与观察组,在对症治疗基础上分别接受常规心肌梗死急性期重症护理干预、针对性综合护理。比较患者接受不同护理干预的效果价值。结果观察组患者于重症病房时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);重症病房住院时间观察组患者发生疼痛、死亡事件例数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者或者其家属对护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性加重期重症心肌梗死患者重视重症病房护理干预措施,能够保障患者于重症病房住院期间的预后质量,提高患者满意度,缩短于重症病房住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the condition observation and the intervention effect after intensive nursing intervention in patients with acute exacerbation of severe myocardial infarction.Methods The subjects were from our hospital from admitted to the acute stage of severe acute myocardial infarction,a total of 480 cases.240 cases in each group were divided into the control group and the observation group,on the basis of symptomatic treatment,they received intensive nursing intervention and targeted comprehensive nursing respectively.Compare the effect value of different nursing interventions.Results The patients in the observation group had significantly less time in the intensive care unit than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;Family members of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The emphasis on nursing interventions for intensive care units in patients with improve patient satisfaction and shorten the hospital stay in intensive care unit,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
