妊娠合并糖尿病患者的产后护理要点分析

Analysis of Postpartum Nursing Points for Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的妊娠合并糖尿病患者的产后护理要点分析。方法选择收治的50例妊娠合并糖尿病女性进行分析,平均分组,参考组选择一般护理,实验组选择整体护理干预,对比两组效果。结果经过分析,实验组远远强于参考组,差异较大,具有临床对比价值。结论针对妊娠合并糖尿病女性选择整体护理干预,能够提高治疗效果,降低并发症,减少产后出血,确保生活质量,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective Analysis of postpartum nursing points for patients with pregnancy with diabetes.Methods 50 cases of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus were analyzed.The average group was divided into the reference group and the general care group.The experimental group chose the holistic nursing intervention to compare the effect of the two groups.Results After analysis,the experimental group is far stronger than the reference group,and the difference is large and has the clinical contrast value.Conclusion The choice of holistic nursing intervention for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus can improve the treatment effect,reduce complications,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and ensure the quality of life,and has good clinical effect.
