摘要
目的提高护生护理操作质量和患者满意度。方法选取内蒙古医科大学附属医院肝胆科实习的护生120名,随机分成实验组和对照组,两组均采用肝胆外科常规护理模式,实验组在此基础上通过系统培训将六步标准沟通流程应用于护生护理操作的全过程。结果护理操作过程考核成绩实验组高于对照组,实验组护理满意率显著高于对照组,护患纠纷率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组六步标准沟通流程与实施前相比也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论应用六步标准沟通流程后,护生与患者沟通更具有实效性,减少护患纠纷,有利于操作顺利进行。六步标准沟通流程值得在护生中推广应用。
objective To improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction of nursing students.Methods The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University hepatobiliary department of 120 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,two groups were treated with routine nursing care in department of hepatobiliary surgery,the experimental group on the basis of the training system in the whole process of nursing students for the operation of the standard six step flow of communication application.Results The examination scores of the experimental group than in the control group,the experimental group of nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the control group,nursing disputes were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05),experimental group six step standard communication process compared with before there is also a significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion After the application of the six step standard communication process,the communication between nursing students and patients is more effective,reducing the disputes between nurses and patients,which is beneficial to the smooth operation.The six step standard communication process is worth promoting and applying in the nursing students.
