摘要
宋代医学发达,建立众多医政管理机构,选任大量医学人才充任医官。通过梳理宋代选任医官的方法,包括试选法、征召法、萌补法、荐举法等,分析宋代政府选任医官时禁止携带书籍、锁试、通行试卷等严格的措施,认为宋代医官选任制度较为成熟,可有效选任医官,或对当代医政管理有所启发。
Chinese medicine in the Song Dynasty was developed and established many medical administrative agencies.Therefore,the Song government elected a large number of medical staffs to serve as officer.This article teases out the elected methods of the Song government medical officer,including trial method,commending recruitment method and awarded method,etc.Thinking it relatively mature,the Song Dynasty medical officer selection method can effectively selected medical officer,which could inspire the contemporary medical administration management.
