飞秒激光气膜孔对面壁无损伤制孔工艺研究 被引量:5

Investigation of Gas Film Holes Machining with No Damage on Inner Surface of Cavity by Femtosecond Laser

摘要 针对飞秒激光涡轮叶片气膜孔加工过程中对面壁损伤问题,提出采用叶片腔体内材料填充的方式来避免加工过程中对面壁损伤的产生。首先对填充材料进行选择,并对填充后试样及叶片微孔对面壁无损伤制孔工艺进行研究,通过检测结果可以发现腔体内刚玉的填充可以实现样件对面壁的保护,并且对微孔加工质量无影响。 In order to avoid damage on the inner surface of the cavity in the process of cooling hole machining by femtosecond laser,the method of filling material in the blade cavity was proposed.The filler material is selected according to the characteristic and filling in the sample and blade cavity.The process of non damage and hole making for filled specimens and blade micropores on the face wall were researched.By the test results it could be found that there was no damage on the inner surface of the cavity when the filling material was corundum.There was no effect on the quality of the micro-hole machining.
