基于参数扫描分析的飞轮电机电流采样电路优化设计 被引量:1

Optimization Design of Current Sampling Circuit for Flywheel's Motor Based on Parameter Sweep Analysis

摘要 针对飞轮在空间应用中作为姿态执行机构的控制性能要求,介绍了飞轮电机驱动电路中电流采样调理的实现形式,为进一步提升飞轮力矩模式的控制性能,通过采用PSpice参数扫描分析方法对采样电路组成形式及关键元件参数进行了优化分析及设计,并在此基础上进行了蒙特卡洛及最坏情况分析,仿真结果验证了理论分析的符合性,最后通过实际测试结果分析,可知优化后的系统电流环动态性能及抗干扰能力显著提高,验证了优化设计措施的可行性。 Aiming at the requirements of attitude control for flywheel which as the actuator structure of satellites,the solution for current sampling for the motor driver of flywheel was illustrated.To improve the performance of the torque control mode for flywheel,further more the optimized design of motor current sampling circuit has been proposed by the parameter sweep analysis in PSpice of Or CAD Capture.The results of monte carlo and worst case analysis which accord with theory have been verified.The designed flywheel prototype has been carried on experiment which yields satisfying results.The prototype include optimized sampling circuit is built to improve the dynamic performance of current loop and the ability of retaining the disturbance from motor noise.The related experimentation results validate the correctness of optimized design measures.
