某机载设备常闭式液压制动器的结构改进 被引量:2

摘要 按照某机载设备对液压制动器使用条件的特殊要求,对常用的常闭式液压制动器进行了结构改进。降低了液压制动器的工作噪音,在其结构基础上增加手动刹车和松刹车功能,设计手动操作接口,增加就位指示功能和接油装置,根据工作扭矩范围,计算得出弹簧的具体参数,使改进的液压制动器满足了在某机载条件下的使用要求。通过试验验证和工程应用,证明改进的液压制动器可以在某机载等特定环境下使用。 According to the special requirements of the use condition of the hydraulic brake in an airborne equipment,the structure of the commonly used hydraulic brake is improved.Its work noise has been reduced.In its structure,the manual brake and manual brake function are added.The operating interface and position indication function and oil loading device are designed.The specific parameters of the spring are calculated in accordance with the range of torque.These meet the requirements of the use in the airborne conditions.After 120 hours of test verification and engineering application,it is proved that the improved hydraulic brake can be used in specific environment such as the airborne.
