摘要
基于DSP的边沿捕获功能(CAP)和脉冲宽度调制器(PWM)功能,设计了一种高速无刷直流电机伺服系统。本文详细介绍了系统硬件设计方案和软件设计流程,并进行实验测试。实验结果表明,该伺服系统在驱动高速无刷直流电机时具有转速稳、效率高、响应快等特点,在快速起停的控制设备中具有良好的应用前景。
Based on the function of capture units(CAP)and pulse width modulator(PWM)of DSP(digital signal processor),a kind of servo system is designed for high-speed brushless DC motor.The main circuit design and the software design process were analyzed.The effectiveness of the system was tested by experiments.The experiment result indicates that this servo system can drive the high-speed brushless DC motor smoothly and stably.It achieves the performances such as high speed,high efficiency and quick response,and has a good application prospect in the situation that needs quick start and stop.
