摘要
针对数控转台和导轨防护罩这两大加工中心关键功能部件,通过自主设计制造的两个试验平台,采用加速加载的强化试验方法,对这两个关键功能部件进行可靠性的试验分析。并制定了数控转台和导轨防护罩的可靠性试验规范,为后续的使用提供评估和筛选的依据。
Aiming at the key functional units of the two machining centers based on the numerical control turntable and the guide shield,the reliability of the two key functional units was tested and analyzed by two test platforms designed and manufactured and using enhanced test method for accelerated loading.The reliability test specification of the numerical control turntable and the guide shield was formulated,which provided the basis for the subsequent use of evaluation and screening.
