摘要
[目的]观察通督益颈汤治疗急性脑卒中后轻度认知功能障碍疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按入院顺序简单随机分两组。对照组30例降脂、降压等,酌情使用阿司匹林、多奈哌齐、脑复康片等。治疗组30例通督益颈汤(葛根60g,白芍药、鸡血藤各30g,茯苓20~30g,骨碎补15~20g,威灵仙10~15g,鹿角15g,蔓荆子、清半夏、酒川芎各10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症状评分、MMSE评分、甘油三酯、胆固醇、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]中医症状评分、MMSE评分、甘油三酯、胆固醇改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]通督益颈汤治疗急性脑卒中伴轻度认知功能障碍,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of Tongduyijing decoction on acute stroke with mild cognitive impairment. [Methods] 60 inpatients were selected and randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group. 30 paitients in control group were treated with hypotensive, lipid-lowering drugs and aspirin, donepezil and Naofukang pill etc. as necessary. Another 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Tongduyijing decoction which was boiled into 200 ml and be token twice a day. Both treatments lasted for three 3 month as a course. The outcomes included clinical symptoms, the symptom scores of Chinese Medicine, MMSE, levels of triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(CHOL) and adverse event, which would be evaluated at baseline and after treatment. [Results] After treatment there were significant improvement of the symptom scores of Chinese Medicine, MMSE, levels of triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(CHOL) in treatment group compared with control group. [Conclution] Tongduyijing decoction had satisfied effect on acute stroke with mild cognitive impairment and had no adverse event, which could be spread to the society.
