基于五脏理论针灸辨治鼻鼽

Dialectical Treatment of Acupuncture of Biqiu Based on the Five Visceral Theory

《素问·脉解》中首次提出"鼻鼽",变应性鼻炎、血管运动性鼻炎、嗜酸性粒细胞增多性非变应性鼻炎等可归属为此范畴,与"心、肝、脾、肺、肾"五脏功能失调均密切相关。临床采用中药、针灸等治疗,疗效颇佳。辨证当先从八纲辨表里、寒热、虚实,再辨病性,最后辨脏腑病症或脏腑兼病症。临床多见素体不足之虚证、寒证,亦可见外邪初犯之表证、热证、实证;外邪多责于春之风邪、秋之燥邪和冬之寒邪,气虚、阳虚、津亏者多见;五脏以肺、脾、肾为主,与心、肝亦相关。临床治疗补虚为要、泻实为辅。针灸应基于五脏相关理论,益气升阳穴加局部取穴辨证加减,明辨缓急,分期论治;重用灸法,扶正祛邪;针刺调神,形神兼治;穴位埋线,长效刺激。气血冲和、形神俱安,邪乃无处可犯,病当自愈。

The ＂Biqiu＂ was first proposed in the ＂Suwen Maijie＂. Allergic rhinitis,vasomotor rhinitis,and eosinophilia non-allergic rhinitis can be attributed to this category, which closely related to the five internal organs（heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys）. The use of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and other treatments for ＂Biqiu＂ has a good effect in clinical. The syndrome differentiation of the Biqiu first distinguishes exterior and interior, cold and heat, and then asthenia and sthenia of eight principal syndromes. Then identify the nature of the disease, and finally distinguishes visceral diseases or organs and symptoms. Clinically, Biqiu discharge is more common than an innate deficiency of the body and cold syndrome. It also can be seen in the manifestations, heat syndromes, and demonstrations of the first crime of exogenous evils. Exogenous evils are responsible for the spring of the evil, the evil of the autumn, and the evil of the winter. Patients with Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, and fluid insufficiency are more commonly find with Biqiu. It is closely related to the five internal organs, especially lung, spleen and kidney, and also related to the heart and liver. The clinical treatment of Biqiu is mainly tonic and diarrhea is supplemented. Acupuncture and moxibustion should be based on the doctrine of the correlation of five viscera, benefiting Qi and raising Yang points plus local acupoints dialectical addition and subtraction, and identify the pathogenesis of disease faster and slower. Different treatment stages, reuse moxibustion, Fuzheng Quxie, acupuncture and reconciliation, integration of the body and the spirit; acupuncture catgut point embedding therapy, long effective stimulation. Qi blood and red, shaped and safe, evil is nowhere to be guilty, when the disease self-healing.
