山西杜儿坪煤矿压力显现巷道高预紧力锚杆锚索联合支护方案 被引量:2

Integrated Supporting Scheme of Anchor Rod and Anchor Rope with High Pre-tightening Force of the Pressure Display Roadway of Duerping Coal Mine in Shanxi Province

摘要 杜儿坪煤矿井下压力显现时巷道易发生整体变形,锚杆支护强度无法满足要求,由此带来了一系列安全、经营、生产等方面的问题,综合分析认为巷道原支护方案的锚杆预紧力较小,无法及时有效地控制围岩离层、滑动、裂隙张开等非连续变形;锚杆的强度、结构与其附属件不匹配;现有的托板无减摩垫片和调心球垫等为导致锚杆支护失效的重要原因。在此基础上,经过对锚杆附属材料进行力学性能检测,以该矿73903轨道巷为例,提出了高预紧力锚杆锚索联合支护方案。研究表明:该支护方案以锚杆、锚索共同支护为主,锚索的深层锚固,扩大了锚固区范围,并对围岩施加了较强的预紧力,进一步提高了巷道顶板的承载能力,巷道围岩稳定性得到了有效控制(巷道顶板位移量小于100 mm,两帮变形量小于60 mm),巷道掘进效率得到了大幅提升,支护成本降低较显著,对于类似矿山有一定的借鉴价值。 The roadway is easily deformed during the pressure display in Duerping Coal Mine,the supporting strength of anchor rod in the original supporting scheme of the mine cannot meet the supporting requirement,and some relative questions of safety,operation and production of the mine are appeared. The comprehensive analysis results of the important reasons for anchor rod supporting failure show that the discontinuous deformation such as ionosphere,slippage and fissure opening of the roadway surrounding rock cannot be controlled effectively based on the low pre-tightening force of anchor rod in the original roadway supporting scheme of the mine; strength and structure of anchor rod cannot match with the ones of its accessories; the existing bracket without anti-friction gasket and adjustable ball pad. Based on the above discussion results,through the mechanical performance test of the attachment material of anchor rod,taking73903 rail roadway of the mine as an example,the integrated supporting scheme of anchor rod and anchor rope with high pre-tightening force is proposed. The study results show that the supporting scheme is mainly for the integrated supporting of anchor rod and anchor rope,the anchorage scope is enlarged under the action of deep anchorage of anchor rope,strong pre-tightening force is applied to the roadway surrounding rock by the anchor rope,the bearing capacity of roadway roof is further improved,the stability of roadway surrounding rock is controlled effectively(the displacement of roadway roof is less than 100 mm,the displacement of roadway two-sides is less than 60 mm),the roadway excavation efficiency is improved,the roadway supporting cost is decreased significantly. The integrated supporting scheme proposed in this paper can provide some reliable for the similar mine.
