摘要
为避免塔山矿2203巷掘进过断层带时出现顶板破碎、局部冒顶现象,进一步提高巷道掘进效率及顶板支护稳定性,分析了该巷道的原支护方案(巷道顶板采用锚杆、锚索、钢带、金属网进行联合支护,护帮采用单锚杆进行支护)及存在问题,并提出了以施工交错式悬吊钢带、注射膨胀剂、架设π型钢棚为主的联合支护方案。研究表明:该方案的成功实施有效保证了2203巷安全顺利通过断层破碎带,提高了破碎顶板支护稳定性,可供类似矿山巷道掘进支护参考。
In order to avoid the phenomenons of roof break and local roof caving appeared during the period of 2203 roadway excavating through fault zone of Tashan Coal Mine,and improve the roadway excavated efficiency and roof supporting stability,the preliminary supporting scheme(the roadway roof is supported by the integrated scheme of anchor rob,anchor rope,steel belt and metal mesh,and the two sides of roadway is supported by single anchor rob) and its deficiencies are discussed. Based on the above analysis results,the new integrated supporting scheme mainly for the construction of staggered suspension steel strip,expansion agent injection and steel shed erection. The study results show 2203 roadway passed through the fault zone successfully and safety by adopting the new integrated supporting scheme,and the roof supporting stability of the roadway is improved,which can provide some reliable reference for the roadway excavating and supporting with the similar engineering condition of the mine.
