摘要
为保确保复杂条件下巷道掘进施工安全,提高巷道支护质量,对山西麻家梁矿14106运料斜巷掘进支护方案进行了研究。通过在近距离煤层过巷段采取起底、浇筑、施工密集工字钢棚等工艺进行巷道顶板支护,同时在巷道贯通口处采取人工支盒浇筑法进行三角煤柱预留。研究表明:该方案的实施有效提高了巷道顶板稳定性,提高了巷道掘进效率,采用人工支盒预留法进行三角煤柱维护,减少了巷道顶板空顶现象,避免了巷道顶板垮落事故的发生,成效显著。
In order to ensure the construction safety of roadway excavation under complex condition,and improve roadway supporting effective,the new supporting scheme of 14106 inclined conveyor roadway in Majialiang Mine is designed. According to the scheme,the roadway roof in the crossing section of close range coal seam is supported by using bottom-mining,casting and construction of intensive industrial Isteel shed,and the triangle coal pillars are reserved by adopting artificial box casting method. The study results show that the roof stability of roadway is improved,roadway excavation efficiency is raised by using the above supporting scheme,besides that,the roof cavitation phenomenon of roadway is reduced and roof collapse accident is prevented by using artificial box casting method to protect the triangle coal pillars.
