松软破碎岩层隧道施工管棚超前支护工艺 被引量:2

摘要 以三门峡义翔铝业有限公司硖石干式堆存赤泥综合利用项目三标段隧道工程基岩段施工为例,根据工程地质条件和现场情况,通过对比分析煤矿传统超前支护工艺与隧道超前支护工艺特征,确定采用管棚超前支护工艺。分析了管棚支护作用机理,合理确定了管棚材质、规格和注浆参数,有效改善了松软破碎岩层的赋存状态,提高了围岩承载能力,加快了施工进度,作业环境的安全性得到了可靠保证,顺利完成了隧道贯通,可供同类工程施工参考。 Taking the bedrock section tunnel construction of the third section of the comprehensive utilization project of Xiashi red mud dry storage of Sanmenxia Yixiang Aluminum Industry Co.,Ltd. as the study example,according to the engineering geological conditions and field situation,the classical advance supporting technique of coal mine and tunnel advance supporting technique are analyzed,the pipe roof advance support technique is used. The supporting mechanism of pipe roof is discussed,the material,specifications and grouting parameters of pipe roof are determined reasonably. The practice results show that,with the application of the pipe roof advance supporting technique,the occurrence state of soft and broken rock layer is improved,the surrounding rock carrying capacity is improved,the tunnel construction progress is accelerated,and the safety of operation environment is guaranteed,the tunnel linking is realized in time. The pipe roof advance supporting technique and some related construction experience discussed in this paper can provide some reliable reference for the similar projects construction.
