基于三维激光扫描技术的西石门铁矿精矿盘库测量方法 被引量:4

摘要 盘库测量是矿山企业生产过程中的一项重要工作,只有准确掌握精矿库存量方可制定出更科学的生产和销售策略。结合三维激光扫描技术对西石门铁矿精矿盘库测量方法进行了研究,即利用三维激光扫描仪获取点云数据,经过坐标转换、噪声点剔除、重采样处理后,结合Geomagic Studio软件构建了精矿三维模型,并利用该模型对精矿量进行计算。研究表明:所提方法计算出的精矿量为19 269.44 m3,与基于GPS技术测量出的精矿量(18 953.68 m3)较接近,但三维激光扫描仪采集的数据信息较丰富,据此构建出的三维模型能够更为准确地反映出精矿堆存的实际情况,因而精矿量测量结果的可靠性较高;此外,所提方法的作业时间仅为GSP测量的1/2,作业效率更高。 Inventory measurement is an important work in the production process of mining enterprises,accurately grasping the inventory of ore concentrate is help for making the reasonable production and scale strategies. The ore concentrate inventory measurement method of Xishimen Iron Mine is studied based on three-dimensional laser scanning technique. The point cloud data that is acquired by three-dimensional laser scanner is processed by adopting coordinate transformation,noise point elimination and resampling method,based on Geomagic Studio software,the three-dimensional model of iron ore concentrate is established,so as to calculate the iron ore concentrate volume. The results show that: the measurement results of iron ore concentrate of the method proposed in this paper is 19 269. 44 m3,which is basically consistent to the one obtained by GPS measurement method,due to the point cloud data acquired by threedimensional laser scanner is richer than the ones obtained by GPS measurement method,so,the three-dimensional model of iron ore concentrate established based on the former data is more reliable than the one established based on the later data,which further indicated that the measurement precision the method proposed in this paper is higher than GPS measurement method; besides that,the time consuming of the new method is 1 h,which is half of the one of GPS measurement method. Therefore,the iron ore inventory measurement method based three-dimensional laser scanning method is characterized high precision and efficiency.
