摘要 针对金渠矿石中粗粒金含量高及金在细粒级偏析的特性,对重选后的浮选搅拌槽分流矿浆进行旋流—静态微泡浮选柱半工业试验。试验结果表明:950坑口矿石与同期生产相比,金回收率提高4.78个百分点,精矿金品位提高了53.18个百分点;其他1250、1403、1060 3个坑口试验金回收率与生产相当,精矿金品位分别提高了68.69、50.08和44.78个百分点,效果显著,说明浮选柱在细粒级矿物选别方面有着无可比拟的优势;尼尔森重选与浮选柱配合使用工艺方案,值得同行业借鉴应用。 In view of the characteristics of high gold content in Jinqu ore and segregation of gold at the fine-grained level,a semi-industrial test of cyclone-static microbubble flotation column for pulps split from a flotation tank after gravity separation was carried out. The test results showed that: compared with production at the same period,the gold recovery rate has been improved by 4. 78 percentage points,the gold grade of the concentrate has been increased by 53. 18 percentage points in the 950 pit mine ore. In other three pits such as No. 1250,1403,and 1060,gold recoveries are equivalent to that of the production,and the gold grades have been increased by 68. 69,50. 08,and 44. 78 percentage points respectively,with significant achievement. It is shown that the flotation column has unparalleled advantages in the fine-grained mineral separation; the combination of Nielsen gravity separation and flotation column can be used as reference for the same industry.
